I’m Antravian Carter, and I’m proud to serve as the principal of this one-of-a-kind campus. I am deeply committed to keeping students at the heart of every decision we make. I believe school should be a place where high expectations and high energy go hand in hand — where students are challenged, celebrated, and inspired to be their best selves.
At Parker, we’re proud to be an elementary school that feels a lot like a little “elementary high school” — with over 900 students, a nationally recognized music magnet program, and a calendar full of performances, competitions, field trips, showcases, and spirit-filled events. There’s always something happening here — and that’s just the way we like it!
As a Nationally Certified Magnet School, Parker is rooted in a tradition of academic excellence and artistic brilliance. But what truly makes us shine is the joyful, diverse, and tight-knit community that brings our campus to life each day.
As your principal, I lead with core values of equity, integrity, collaboration, and a relentless belief in the potential of every child. I set a high bar for instruction because our students deserve nothing less — but I also believe in the power of laughter, music, and meaningful relationships to create a school culture that students and staff genuinely love being a part of.
